Rizenware processes information you provide when you create an account, configure your company, invite team members, manage customers and properties, create work records, send documents, schedule jobs, and use billing or payment features. This may include names, contact information, service addresses, business records, job details, uploaded content, and account activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Rizenware, authenticate users, operate requested features, process transactions, deliver customer-facing pages and communications, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and improve service reliability.
Service providers and payments
Rizenware relies on service providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, and payment processing. Payment-card information entered into a Stripe-hosted payment experience is handled by Stripe under its own privacy practices; Rizenware stores transaction and reconciliation information needed to operate billing features.
Your customers' information
Business customers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to enter and use information about their own customers, employees, contractors, and service locations in Rizenware. Rizenware processes that information to provide the service to the account that supplied it.
Security and retention
We use access controls, tenant isolation, authentication, audit logging, and other technical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes.
Access, correction, and export
Account owners can manage much of their company information inside Rizenware and can use available data-export tools. Requests concerning personal information may also be submitted through the support contact made available with the Rizenware service.
Changes
We may update this policy as Rizenware evolves or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
