Using Rizenware
Rizenware provides software for service businesses to manage customers, properties, work, scheduling, teams, documents, billing, payments, reporting, and related operations. You are responsible for the information entered into your account and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and obligations to your customers, employees, and contractors.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed by users you authorize. Account owners and administrators control team access and should remove access promptly when it is no longer needed.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, user limit, promotional period, billing interval, and price shown when you subscribe. Promotional pricing may convert to the then-disclosed standard price after the promotional period. Taxes, payment-processing requirements, and third-party charges may apply where applicable. Subscription status and cancellation options are presented through Rizenware's billing experience.
Customer payments
When a Rizenware account enables customer payment features, payment processing is provided through Stripe or another identified payment provider. The service business remains responsible for the goods and services it sells, its customer relationships, refunds, disputes, taxes, and any industry-specific obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not use Rizenware to violate law, infringe others' rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, or intentionally use another organization's information without authorization.
Your content
You retain responsibility for business content you submit to Rizenware. You grant Rizenware the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate and support the service and its requested features.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Rizenware reliable and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated as the product evolves. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Rizenware is business-management software and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, employment, safety, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for reviewing records, calculations, communications, and configurations before relying on them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service and applicable requirements evolve. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
